About RepashGlobal

Professionalquestion-askers.Since forever.

We help dental organizations stop fixing the same revenue problems over and over — by finding where they actually start.

Our story

Built in practice, not in theory.

After 36 years in dentistry, Michelle Repash had a question: why do we keep fixing the same revenue problems without finding where they started?

She'd seen it from every side of the desk. Chairside. The front desk. Insurance, billing, A/R, credentialing. Operations and practice management. Then consulting, and running her own business. The same pattern kept showing up — problems discovered on the aging report that had started weeks earlier, somewhere upstream.

That question became Revenue Protection Architecture™ — a way of looking at the systems, decisions and control points that shape revenue long before the report tells you something went wrong. RepashGlobal exists to put it to work for dental practices, DSOs and dental groups.

Our approach

"That makes no sense" is not an official methodology.

Pity. It has served us remarkably well. Here's what it looks like in practice.

01

Ask

We start with questions — the ones people stopped asking because 'that's just how we do it.'

02

Trace

We follow the symptom back through the workflow to where the breakdown actually begins.

03

Prioritize

Not everything matters equally. We tell you what to address first, and why.

04

Control

We help put owners and checkpoints at the front of the process, so it stays fixed.

Values

What clients keep saying back to us.

  • Curiosity

"That's just how we do it" is where the questions start, not where they end.

  • Integrity

We tell you what we find — including the parts nobody wanted to hear.

  • Clarity

Plain language. Clear owners. No 47-slide hostage situations.

  • Practicality

Controls your team will actually use on a Tuesday afternoon.

Give me one problem and one hour.

No sales pitch. No carefully disguised discovery call. We'll talk, I'll ask questions, and we'll pull on the threads until we find what's actually going on. Or, if you already know what you need, request a quote.
